Noor Anis, has more than twenty two years of experience in the conventional banking industry and more than six years in the Islamic banking industry. Currently he acts as Business Development Manager with Praveena Training and Consulting. Anis’ main expertise is in strategic planning, budgeting, cost analysis and cost control, as well as in preparing work unit Key Performance Indicators for the head office & branches of a company.

Prior to joining Praveena Training & Consulting, Noor Anis was a Group Head Strategy & Performance Management at Bank Syariah Mandiri. Previously he was a Department Head of Decision Support Corporate Banking at Bank Mandiri Persero. Earlier, he acted as the Department Head of Financial Planning & Control at Bank Mandiri.

Anis holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology, he also holds a Level 4 Banking Risk Management certification from the Islamic Finance Profession Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
